TEC is upgrading your alarm monitoring starting September 26th

We are excited to announce that Total Electronics Contracting will be partnering with Rapid Response to monitor alarm systems starting September 26th. This should provide better service, better response times, and more services when it comes to your alarm system.

Important details:

1) The new phone number is 833-697-0410. Please save this number in your phone. If you need to cancel an alarm or put your system on test, please call this new number starting Sep 26th. We have attached a contact file to this email so you can easily add it to your contacts.

2) Most alerts will also be sent as an SMS text message. This allows alerts to reach you faster and you can respond easily.
